Grounded was born from the behind-the-bar chaos we know well - burnt-out heating elements during a rush, worn-down burrs in the middle of a dial-in and machines failing on weekends. We’ve lived it. Now we fix it.

OUR STORY

Grounded Espresso Repair was built out of necessity and a whole lot of lived experience behind the bar.

After years in the specialty coffee industry running cafés, managing staff and navigating the chaos of early mornings and slammed weekends, we realized how critical it is to have repair partners who actually get it. Someone who understands that a broken machine isn’t just inconvenient - it’s lost revenue, missed regulars and stressed-out teams.

We started Grounded to fill that gap: a repair company that’s responsive, skilled and grounded in the realities of coffee service. We’ve seen what it’s like to have a grinder go down mid-dial, a steam wand seize in the middle of a rush or a machine completely shut down on a Saturday morning and we’ve built this business to be the kind of support we would have wanted in those moments.
